Pumpkin Spice Cookies

Pumpkin Spice Cookies are a holiday favorite around my house. I get requests for these cookies by the batch, not only from my family but from co-workers at both of our jobs. If you are a Pumpkin everything fan, you can't pass these up.
I usually make at least 6 batches starting in September all the way until Christmas, my dad and husband alone get one whole batch all to themselves, and that's after I've had my own batch all to myself.
I am a huge pumpkin spice fan, yes I'm one of those pumpkin spice everything kind of gals. September is the start of the best season and Holidays.
